No matter how hard one tries, accidents do happen. You did not "break" your baby! You are a wonderful Mother who loves her children and would do anything to protect them from any threat of harm. Sophie will be fine, but I worry about you. Even though you blog the event with your usual gift with words, I do know that you have guilted yourself beyond belief. Give yourself a break! Children are very resilient and heal quickly--and forget, thank God. The pictures do not indicate that she is beyond repair, and she seems to have made the needed adjustments in order to achieve anything that she really wants to do. You hang in there and remember that "I love you."

It is difficult to believe that Trevor is 9 years old. What a joy he has been in my life! He is, indeed, a special young man. You and Wes are truly blessed, not to mention his two younger sisters who are fortunate to have an older brother who is so loving to them. Thank you for bringing him into my life.
